Missions
Rattaché à la Direction Technique de TRACE et sous la responsabilité du Data Manager, vous l’assistez dans toutes les missions visant au développement de projets initié dans le but de pour créer et gérer des solutions de veille stratégique et analytique permettant de transformer des données en connaissances.

Pour ce faire, vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Assurer les maintenances correctives et évolutives
• Préparer la mise en production avec un consultant Expert Externe.
• Gérer et maintenir la documentation technique.
• Assurer le diagnostic et la résolution des dysfonctionnements
• Réaliser une veille technologique régulière pour être au fait des dernières tendances
• Capacité à optimiser des requêtes SQL complexes (utilisation des index, prise en compte des partitionnements…) ;

Compétences
• Bonnes connaissances d’utilisation de Microsoft BI Stack (MSBI) et SSIS Solution ;
• Connaissance d’au moins un outil de restition (PowerBI idéalement) ;
• Bonne comprehension des best Practice Data Warehousing (Kimball, Star, Snowflake);
• Des connaissances sur PowerBI ou autre outil de restition représentent un avantage ;
• Anglais courant : une partie des équipes ne parlent pas Français.

Profil
Diplômé d’une école supérieure d’ingénieur généraliste ou informatique spécialisation BI/Data, vous avez une expérience minimum de 2 ans en tant que Data Engineer, Data Analyst ou ETL Développeur dans un environnement BI/Data.
Doté de fortes capacités d’analyse et d’une grande rigueur, et de dynamise, vous savez faire preuve de polyvalence et aimer travailler en équipe.

Main Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager and Trade, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, development, execution and analysis of Trace’s B2B and Direct to Consumer online affiliate marketing programs. Your primary focus will be establishing and growing relationships with affiliate partners to generate site traffic, leads orders and profitable revenues.

As part of the Global Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing (with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer).

Your function in the Marketing Team

Affiliate Digital Marketing
Scope : United Kingdom / France / West Africa / East Africa / Southern Africa / Caribbean / Brazil / USA

– Identify new projects and service opportunities that would strengthen the relationship with our long-term affiliated partners, from a commercial perspective,
– Complete the strategy for the development of the marketing activity of each of the Trace digital products belonging to the group and ensure the health and continuous growth of these platforms,
– Introduce innovative new business models to build new types of revenue-generating partnerships and to address consumer needs.
– Working with local markets to help them identify and attract new affiliates and to nurture relationships with current partners.
– Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies for each product, using necessary tactics to achieve business objectives.
– Deployment and development of the marketing strategy for the digital products affiliate (TracePlus, Trace Academia, Youtrace)
– Manage the cross-cutting teams of TRACE for the operational implementation of the promotional tools of the platforms (briefing writing, visuals, promotional video). Coordinating programming teams and production teams to create platform promotional tools.
– Look after operations and reporting of all affiliate marketing and communications campaigns for digital products.
– Manage the affiliate’s distribution budget.
– Putting in place and achieving relevant KPIs on the management and income contribution of digital activity and partnership
– Provide regular report on completed campaigns and feedback from operators.
– Build, manage and deploy a digital marketing schedule for TRACE platform subscribers in partnership with distributors.

Marketing Campaign
Scope for Marketing project development: France / Francophone Africa

– Lead the cross-cutting of campaigns by coordinating internal vertical sectors, sales, products, marketing and analytics.
– Ensure the brand positioning is well communicated and the brand CI is adhered to in all creative.
– Develop customer knowledge: engage with top executives in terms of reports, custom analysis, audience profiling, targeted campaigns, trends, and insights etc.
– Lead and operate the partnership strategy as validated by the direction.
– Provide regular report on completed campaigns and feedback from operators.
– Putting in place and achieving relevant KPIs on the management and income contribution of digital activity and partnership

HEAD OF COMMERCIAL & PARTNERSHIPS TRACE UK (M/F)

Main Responsibilities

The role of the Head of Commercial and Partnerships is to grow the revenue of Trace UK and to build long-term sustainable partnerships with artists, brands, labels, institutions while increasing B2C and B2B brand awareness. You will reports to the Managing Director of Trace UK.

 

Your function in the TRACE UK Team

COMMERCIAL (PARTNERSHIPS & SALES)

Develop and implement commercial & sales strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to increase brand awareness and accelerate revenue;
Identify, meet and pitch potential clients to increase revenue (labels, brands, institutions) via sponsorship agreements, artists packs sale, special operations etc.
Identify, execute, build and maintain profitable partnerships
Collaborate with and coordinate other team members to execute and deliver first class partnerships (with the UK and other TRACE countries);
Create Sales tools to present Trace UK existing assets, TRACE Vault, TRACE Hits and TRACE Xmas to potential clients;
Develop new revenue stream by adapting TRACE Network other key assets in the UK (TRACE+, TRACE Academia, Music Business, Trace Content Distribution etc)

 

PR & COMMUNICATIONS (with the help of an external PR company)

Act as the strategic lead and manage and deliver the organisation’s communication and PR strategy, including responsibility for all major PR
Develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organisation’s brand and reputation.
Ensure monitoring tools are in place to measure brand awareness and sentiment and to monitor brand pulse.

 

MARKETING

Act as the strategic lead for all TV channel and digital product marketing campaigns and activities
Increase revenue of all digital products through effective performance marketing and increase social monetization revenue.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each of our digital product.
Monitor and ensure that all campaigns are reported on to improve the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity
Analyse and respond to trends in music, entertainment and youth sectors to ensure strategies can adapt
Conduct brand surveys to determine the health of the brand and how are products and services have been received by the market and ensure that we improve brand presence over the course of the year.
Oversee social media campaigns and activities, ensuring we achieve the KPIs set out in the 2021 strategy
Drive customer centricity within the company and increase customer engagement with the brand.

As a distribution manager, you will be responsible for the development, visibility, and performance of TRACE products in Spanish and Portuguese speaking territories.

The distribution manager directly reports to the Distribution Director and will collaborate with the Global sales, Financial and technical teams.

Follow-up, commercial prospecting and sale of linear TRACE channels.
Development of TRACE digital products in the Territory.
Management (selection, monitoring, control, assistance) of agents in the Territory.
Ensure competitive intelligence and market trends in the Territory.
Assistance of the distribution director during the negotiations with key clients.
Assistance during the financial monitoring of partners in the territory under the direction of the financial department.

GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN TRACE+ / YOU TRACE (F/H)

Main Responsibilities

As the social media intern for the Trace platforms TracePlay and Youtrace you will be part of the Global Marketing Team, under the supervision of the Global Social Media Manager. You will mainly be in charge of creating innovative content for the social media channels but need to be adaptable as the responsibilities will vary.

Global Social Media Intern Missions
• Creating content for our social media channels (photo, video, audio) and repurpose content from other sources for our own channels (and understand how to change the tone of the content for each channel). Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is appreciated.
• Maintaining a monthly social media calendar, and ensuring that everyone is meeting their deadlines.
• Posting daily on our platforms using social media management softwares like Agorapulse, Creator Studio, (experience in content management software appreciated)
• Scheduling and coordinating a monthly brainstorming meeting with the relevant teams to establish content ideas for the month ahead, and to plan for a monthly social media, editorial, marketing calendar.
• Working with Social Media Manager to implement other channel-specific campaigns
• Analysing campaign & content performances and making insightful data-driven recommendations to consistently improve the end results.
